Efficient CR18 Longspan Shelving for Sanitary Products Storage in Indonesia

A sanitary products supplier in Tangerang, Indonesia, required a storage solution that would improve product organisation while maintaining easy access to a broad range of inventory items. Efficient product accessibility and flexible storage layouts were key operational requirements.

To meet these needs, a CR18 (U90) Longspan Shelving System was installed, providing a robust and versatile storage solution tailored to the customer's product range. The project was delivered by Intramega Global, Constructor's authorised dealer in Indonesia.

The Challenge

The customer needed an organised storage system capable of handling a wide variety of sanitary products while maintaining direct access to individual stock items.

The solution also needed to support different product sizes and weights while providing sufficient load capacity for everyday warehouse operations.

The Solution

Working closely with the customer, Intramega Global and Constructor implemented a CR18 (U90) Longspan Shelving System designed to maximise storage flexibility and improve warehouse organisation.

The installation consists of 40 shelving bays in multiple configurations, allowing the storage solution to accommodate different product dimensions and loading requirements.

The system includes:

  • Shelving heights of up to 4.2 metres
  • Shelf capacities ranging up to 750 kg per level
  • Multiple bay depths and widths
  • Durable 18 mm plywood shelving decks
  • Direct access to all stored products

This combination provides a practical storage solution that balances capacity, accessibility and operational efficiency.
