An Industrial Property & Logistics provider in Bogor required a high-capacity storage solution to support growing warehouse demand while maintaining direct pallet access, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. The engineered CR18 Pallet Racking System provides 12,000 pallet positions, excellent accessibility, and integrated protection features designed for long-term warehouse performance.

The Challenge

As warehousing and distribution activities continue to expand across West Java, the customer needed a storage system capable of handling growing inventory volumes while maintaining efficient operations. The facility required high storage density without sacrificing pallet accessibility, inventory control, or forklift safety.

The solution needed to support a wide range of SKUs, maximise available warehouse height, and provide a safe working environment in a busy logistics operation.

The Solution

Working closely with the customer, Intramega Global and Constructor developed a storage solution tailored to the warehouse's operational requirements.

A high-capacity CR18 Pallet Racking system was designed to maximise vertical storage space while ensuring direct access to every pallet position. The installation reaches 12.5 m and provides 12,000 pallet locations, accommodating pallets up to 1,000 kg each.

Additional protection and safety measures were incorporated throughout the installation:

Column guards to protect uprights from forklift impact
Backstops for correct pallet positioning
Traffic barriers in high-activity areas
Row markers and Safe Working Load signage for safer operations

The result is a scalable storage solution that combines high capacity, excellent accessibility, and enhanced warehouse safety.
